Template Licence

1. What you get

When you buy a dashboard template, WMA Hub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use it, and to modify it for your own needs, for the licensed user or organisation described below. You do not get ownership of the template; we keep all rights not granted here.

2. Who is licensed

  • One purchase licenses one person (or one company, if the purchase was made in the company's name) to use the template.
  • Colleagues of a licensed company may use it for that company's internal reporting. For use by a different organisation, buy a separate licence.

3. You may

  • Connect the template to your own data and customise its design, measures and layout.
  • Use it for your own or your employer's internal business reporting.
  • Use it to deliver reports and dashboards to your own clients as part of a service you provide, as long as the client gets the finished dashboard and not the template as a product to reuse or resell.
  • Keep a backup copy.

4. You may not

  • Resell, sublicense, share, publish or give away the template files, or a copy of them with only light changes, including on template marketplaces, file-sharing sites or code repositories.
  • Let people outside your licensed organisation use the template, or use one licence for several clients' separate deployments of the same template file.
  • Claim the template as your own original product, or remove copyright notices from it.
  • Use it in anything unlawful.

5. Updates and support

Updates to a template you own are made available in your account when we release them. Support covers problems with the template as delivered; custom work is available through consultancy.

6. Warranty and liability

Templates are provided "as is". You are responsible for checking that the numbers in any dashboard you build are right for your business. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

7. Ending the licence

The licence lasts for as long as you use the template in line with these terms. If you break them, the licence ends and you must stop using and delete the template files. Questions about licensing, or a need for a wider licence: info@wma-hub.com.
