Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the WMA Hub website and to everything you buy or book through it: dashboard templates, recorded courses, private (instructor-led) courses and consultancy sessions. By creating an account, placing an order or booking a session you agree to them.
If you are buying for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Tell us straight away at info@wma-hub.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Products and services
- Dashboard templates are digital files delivered to your account after payment. What you may do with them is set out in the Template Licence.
- Recorded courses give you access to the course content in your account for as long as the course is available. Access is personal and may not be shared.
- Private courses and consultancy are services. A request is not a booking until we confirm it; sessions are scheduled at a time agreed with you, and payment is due once the request is approved.
- We describe products as accurately as we can, but results depend on your data, tools and effort, and we cannot promise a particular business outcome.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. A USD price shown on the website is for reference only; you are charged in AED.
- Prices exclude VAT unless stated; VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include bank transfer or invoice and card payments through our payment provider. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
- An order is complete when payment is confirmed. For bank transfers this is when we confirm receipt.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, share or publish templates, course videos or other paid content except as the Template Licence allows.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts or our systems.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material, including in files you attach to a booking.
7. Intellectual property
All templates, courses, text, designs and logos on WMA Hub belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it as described, not ownership of it. You keep ownership of your own data and of anything you send us.
8. Our responsibility
We provide the website and our products with reasonable care and skill. Beyond what the law requires, we do not give any other warranty, and templates are provided "as is" for use with your own data.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or close an account, and withdraw access to paid content, if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. You can stop using WMA Hub and ask us to close your account at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date when we do. Changes do not affect orders you have already paid for. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
